Each of us carries an ember: the spark of who we are. When it dims, life gets hard to explain: you're doing everything right and still feel like you're performing. Campfire is where we sit together, tend the fire, and remember there’s a way back to ourselves.

Who Campfire is for
You've always had a fire to create, build, or teach. You built a career and found some success. But somewhere the ground went out from under you. You feel stuck, on edge, pushing harder and getting less back. Exhausted from being someone you're not, and unsure if there's another way to be. Underneath the exhaustion is something else: a sense that you need permission before you're allowed to want what you want.
No one should have to earn the right to be themselves.
WHAT CAMPFIRE OFFERS
I've been there. Burned out, afraid, convinced there wasn't enough to go around. What I've found is that the fire never actually goes out. What goes out is the ground under it, and once that's gone, the fire doesn't warm you, it just burns through you. My work is helping you find that ground again, then fanning the flames back to life. I act as a mirror so you can see what you already know.
Campfire isn't about becoming someone new. It's about clearing enough space that who you've always been can burn without needing anyone's approval.
Abstract circular painting with a bright yellow center blending into orange and then red edges on a gray background.
WHY CAMPFIRE IS DIFFERENT
I won't hand you five steps or an optimization plan. Campfire isn't sculpting with with clay. It's carving with marble. The beauty is already there. The work is removing what isn't necessary: the stories running underneath your decisions, the roles nobody asked you to take on, the habits that formed by default, the noise that's been crowding out your spark.

You'll move from performing to being and walk away less stuck, more hopeful, and lighter than you came.
WAYS TO SIT AROUND THE FIRE
Campfire Groups
Group cohorts to remember your embers together
I run a small number of groups each year for people who sense something real is asking to be looked at. Something essential that has been buried under responsibility, success, or noise. You’re not alone in the questions you’re carrying. The group becomes a circle that shows up for each other, and for a while, nobody in it has to perform. Individual sessions woven through the group let us go deeper into your specific season.
  • 4–6 members, plus me
  • 12 in-person gatherings over 4 months
(a blend of group and individual sessions)
  • 4 guiding themes: The Ember, The Two Halves of Life, Time & Rest, Defining Enough
One-Day Sessions
SINGLE SESSIONS TO find clarity on ONE BIG IDEA
Some days are enough to change how you see everything after them. Each one-day session is built around single topic. Through conversation, storytelling, journaling, and simple exercises, you'll walk away less stuck, more hopeful, and lighter than you came. Find upcoming one-day sessions here.
  • Up to 15 people, plus me
  • 8 hours with both in-person and remote sessions on offered
Individuals
Ongoing one-on-one work going deeper and tailored to you
For people who've already gone through a group or a one-day session and are ready to keep going with focused attention on what's specific to them. We work directly with the questions and tensions shaping your life right now. Sessions are structured but unhurried.
  • 1–1 sessions for people continuing the work of a group or one-day session
  • The cadence follows your season, not a set schedule

“I have found a direction I’m moving in, but what’s more profound is realizing that while I’m figuring it out, while I’m building my life, THIS is the actual time that matters. The collective of experiences and self-reflections have chipped away at revealing my true self. Neil creates an open, relatable space and guides you to do deep, thoughtful work on who you are — it’s messy and beautiful in the best ways.”
Laura, Campfire cohort member
“Neil is the kind of guide who meets you exactly where you are without judgment. Neil has helped me ask better questions, overcome real obstacles, and find my footing during a season of questions and discovery. The cohort is the unexpected gift. Hearing others’ insights and wisdom made the whole experience richer than I imagined. I’m walking away less stuck, more hopeful, and deeply grateful.”
